These terms cover your use of this website and its waitlist, operated by Dialed LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist lets us contact you about our launch and early access. It does not guarantee access to any product, a place in any order, or any price. We may open, pause or close the waitlist at any time.

Rewards

We plan to offer USDC rewards for qualifying focus sessions. This program has not launched. Joining the waitlist does not entitle you to any reward, and any rewards program will come with its own terms, including who is eligible, what qualifies and where it is available.

Using the site

Please do not misuse the site: no automated sign-ups, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, and no sign-ups using an email address that is not yours.

Our content

The name Dialed LLC, our logo and the content of this site belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Dialed LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the waitlist.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
